Terms:

-Net 30 Days on approved Credit otherwise C.O.D., F.O.B., Eagle, Idaho. A finance charge of 1.5% may be added to accounts 31 days past due. This represents 18% interest per annum.

-Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

-Postage is billed according to calculated shipping costs.

Returns Policy

-Books may be returned for credit provided that a copy of the invoice is included or the invoice number is given and the books are in resalable condition, with all stickers removed and cleaned.

-Returns are not accepted after 12 months from the date of invoice. Once a title is declared out of print, you will have 6 months to return. No credit will be given after 6 months. All returns with no invoice information will be credited at 30%.

-Books received in damaged, or unsalable condition will be credited at 25% of retail.

-Defective books will be replaced at no charge.

Back-Order Policy

If a book is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will back-order, unless the customer requests otherwise, and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Back-orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping. Back-orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground, free freight.
